Qualified Pet Services is New Zealand 's first MAF approved quarantine kennel and cattery. Our premises are located on five acres south of Auckland city, only 25 MINUTES drive from Auckland International Airport .

Of the cats/dogs arriving in New Zealand on overseas flights, 90% will disembark in Auckland . Should you choose to use our services, your cat(s)/dog(s) will be picked up immediately after clearing customs, and transported to our quarantine facility, thus there will be no need for them to wait for connecting flights.

Auckland is New Zealand 's largest city. We are also the first New Zealand boarding kennel and cattery to receive the AgriQuality certificate issued by the New Zealand Government. This recognizes our excellence in animal welfare, husbandry, and cat & dog boarding. We received the ISO (International Standard Organization) AS/NZS 9001:2000 Quality Endorsed Company certificate on 1 st August, 2003. We are the only company in the Southern Hemisphere to hold this certificate.

The services we offer are for both cats and dogs, and include the following:

Quarantine boarding, domestic boarding, domestic and international transport and transit, dog and cat grooming, dog obedience training, animal acupuncture and moxibustion. We will provide for specific needs and requirements for your cat(s)/dog(s) whenever possible.
